The Family Table : Nutrition Education w/ Karina Moore

This three class series will take place on three consecutive Wednesday evenings at the First Presbyterian Church in Paoli starting November 3rd. Classes will be from 5:30 to 6:30pm and will have a focus on the Family Table, what it is and why it is important. Local chef, Elle Humbert, will be doing holiday inspired cooking demonstrations & tastings for each class! This program is 100% free to participants. Along with the weekly education class, each participant will also receive a weekly meal kit box with a healthy recipe and all the ingredients you need to prepare the recipe at home. You must attend the weekly classes to receive your meal kit.
